This page allows you to get certificate details (e.g. certified areas, pupil activity data, etc.) for an individual. Identification number (Social Security number or PIN that appears on the certificate/license) and last name are needed. 

Do not use dashes or spaces for the Identification number.  If the last name contains a single quote ('), please use a plus (+) sign instead.
