Changing personal contact information.
- To change a phone number or e-mail address, return to the Search Organization/Person
page by clicking on the link on the left side of the computer screen under
the menu.
- The main search page will load. Scroll to the bottom and click the
Search Person button in the bottom left corner.
- Search for the person, by inputting any of the information
available. The more information that is entered the more defined the
results. .
- Click on the magnifying glass next to the correct name.
- Update the information by clicking on the picture of the pencil in the
appropriate section. You should have at least one phone number and one
e-mail address marked as primary.
The user can only change information for people associated with the
district or school.
