ECE Preschool Units Access

The only entities eligible for applying for preschool special education units are Public School Districts, Educational Service Centers and County Boards of MR/DD. Users belong to one of the types of organizations are also assigned one of the following roles in their organization in the Ohio Educational Directory System (OEDS-R) will inherit this type of access.

• Superintendent – (approval access only – cannot edit or change data)
• Treasurer – (approval access only – cannot edit or change data)
• Data Entry - Early Childhood Education - (update, enter and change data prior to approval)
